During 10 thousand driving activity without barrier, the comprehensive oil consumption of LF620 matched with TRITEC engine is 7.4L, proving that this engine model has sound oil saving performance. Actually the engine has won "Global Top 10 Engines" and is the only one with 1.6L displacement

DELPHI ELECTRONIC IGNITION SYSTEM

Electronic controlled timing of ignition will make engine ignite at the perfect time in any situation,which can improve engine's power performance and economy, as well as reduce the tail exhaust. With non-distributor design, high tension current produced by the spark coil will directly be transferred to spark plug, realizing to control the ignition time precisely. It improves the engine's whole performance.

ALLUMINIUM ALLOY CYLINDER HEAD

At the cylinder head, it is laid firebox, valve, and camshaft and so on. The engine will produce much heat when it works. With the aluminum alloy cylinder head, which has special characteristic of light and good heat dispersion, we can reduce the thermal load of valve mechanism in maximum. And at the same time, we can reduce the distortion and mechanism performance declining caused by the heat gathering. That is to say the whole engine's performance is improved.

LARGER SUCKTION PIPE

When the engine works, it needs to inhale the fresh air and gasoline mixed gas, so High-efficiency intake air can ensure the engine to get high power. After LIFAN designers' researching, developing and correcting meticulously, comparing with TOYOTA 8A, the suction pipe's minor diameter of the LF479Q engine increases 2mm.It can ensure enough air input when the engine operates with the high speed, thereby, the maximum power output can be ensured.

HUMANIZED TECHNIQUES FOR MORE COMFORT & STYLE

Sub-body dashboard design is adopted by LF620 catering for international design trend and adopting upper-dark and lower-light style. And there is peach wood inlaid into the central console highlighting elegance and top grade.

The dashboard is the soft blue light of which the brightness can be adjusted. And the driving information is abundant. The water temperature and measuring scale adopt scale indication which can be indicated concisely on electronic scale gauge. Every five liters-oil is one frame to make sure that the driver can adopt corresponding oil supply according to actual data changing.

High grade foaming material is adopted on the upper dashboard. It has the same grade manufacturing process with the same grade vehicle of which the sense is quite good. And it has reasonable overall arrangement, high centralization, reasonable function key. All operations can be done by one hand.

620 adopts M-M design philosophy----maximum people sharing space and minimum machine sharing space. Thus the inner space is wide and comfortable.

Intimate space for goods storage is designed. The front central handle has double deck design and the extracting ashy tray is practical and easy to clean.

The rear seat of LF620 adopts 4 / 6 design of which the seat back can be folded completely to make full use of luggage compartment; the rear seat is equipped with handle to improve the complete vehicle grade.

EXCELLENT NVH PERFORMANCE

Considerate major improvement has been made on the body frame structure, engine suspension technology, sound insulation technology and engine heat pipe system, so that the vehicle interior noise could be reduced by 2-3dB subject to control from the noise source, transmission path and structural response.

Engine : The engine working conditions are simulated by multi-body dynamics to control the engine NVH performance and reduce the later failures of the complete vehicle NVH performances.
Cabin : The upper instrument, four inner door panels, roof, rear rack and analysis point are provided with sound-absorbing cotton and sealing sponge respectively.
Floor : The front floor and relief hole are provided with a damping plate and a sealing cover respectively.
